Mick’s extensive knowledge of the Excellence Model includes being an Endorsed Assessor with the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), a lead Assessor for the TNT Government Partnership Awards, A C2E Assessor, and Midlands Excellence Awards Assessor. He has worked with many organisations to develop their effective use of the Model.

Initial self assessments to identify business strengths and areas for Improvement

Training from basic awareness to obtain staff buy-in, to workshops for the team(s)

and leaders involved

Facilitation of the project team(s)

Ongoing mentoring, advice and support - being a ‘Critical Friend’

Stage reviews of an organisation’s progress

Writing award applications up to final draft

Pre examination of the application document before submission

Preparation for the Assessors Visit which includes running a Mock Visit, Coaching, combined with Feedback to the participants and the Senior Team
