Larchwood has been in operating for the past 15 years. It
was started by Mick Breare who still runs it today

Mick was one of only ten UK wide British Quality
Foundation (BQF) Endorsed Advisors and one of the original consultants involved

Standard (TQS).
He is an experienced practitioner of Process Management
and Lean and has advised VisFlow (Process Management Software Manufacturers)
for many years.
Mick has been an Excellence Model consultant and trainer
for 16 years and is an Endorsed Assessor for The European Foundation for
Quality Management (EFQM). In the past he has been an Assessor for the C2E
Award, a Lead Assessor for the
Mick is a qualified engineer and has over 24 years
previous experience in management positions in the public sector with the last
15 years in a consultant capacity dealing with Business Improvement including, Process Management and Lean, The Excellence Model, Organisational
Reviews, Project Management, , Change Management, Training
and Facilitation.
We have wide experience in many sectors, particually,
Education, Housing, Criminal Justice and Hospitality. We have a number of
